Haley is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal who was born and raised in Wilmington. She attended Cape Fear Community College, where she received her A.S. in Paralegal Technology and later obtained her certification through the North Carolina State Bar. In her free time, she loves being outside in the sun and spending time with her family, especially her daughter and black lab, Barkley.
